Moji problemi sa softverom za upravljanje projektima

Ponekad se zapitam koriste li ih ljudi koji razvijaju projektna rješenja. Unutar marketinškog prostora softver za upravljanje projektima mora biti - praćenje oglasa, postova, videozapisa, tehničkih dokumenta, scenarija korištenja i drugih projekata veliko je pitanje.

Problem s kojim se čini da se susrećemo sa svim softverom za upravljanje projektima jest hijerarhija aplikacije. Projekti su vrh hijerarhije, zatim timovi, a zatim zadaci imovine i rokovi. U današnje vrijeme ne radimo tako ... pogotovo trgovci. Naša agencija svakodnevno lako žonglira s 30+ projekata. Svaki član tima vjerojatno žonglira s desetak.

Evo tri scenarija koja kao da nikad ne bih mogao učiniti s našim Softver za upravljanje projektima:

  1. Prioritizacija klijenta / projekta - rokovi klijenta stalno se mijenjaju i važnost svakog klijenta može se razlikovati. Volio bih da mogu povećati ili smanjiti važnost klijenta i imati sustav koji je promijenio prioritet zadataka za članove koji raditi na projektima prema tome.
  2. Određivanje prioriteta zadatka - Morao bih biti u mogućnosti kliknuti člana softvera za upravljanje projektima i vidjeti SVE njihove zadatke u SVIM projektima, a zatim prilagoditi prioritete na osobnoj osnovi.
  3. Dijeljenje imovine - Često razvijemo jedno rješenje za klijenta, a zatim ga koristimo među klijentima. Trenutno to zahtijeva da to podijelimo unutar svakog projekta. Ludo je što ne mogu dijeliti dio koda među projektima i klijentima.

Zapravo smo eksperimentirali s razvojem upravitelja zadataka izvan našeg voditelja projekata za rukovanje nekim od ovih stvari, ali čini se da nikad nemamo vremena za dovršavanje alata. Što više radimo na tome, sve se više pitam zašto ne bismo samo razvili vlastiti softver za upravljanje projektima. Svatko zna za rješenje koje djeluje bliže načinu na koji projekti i trgovci zapravo rade?

    Technically, this may not be “project management software”, but I am starting to use Trello in my day to day operations. Simplicity is one of its greatest virtues. My non-technical clients can even understand how to use it within 5 minutes.

    Personally, I use my own project management software for my SEO business. Built specifically for SEO businesses only. Project management itself is just too “general” to be 100% effective to all types of business in different industries.

    Douglas, we’ve built Brightpod (http://brightpod.com) with exactly this is mind. Most PM tools aren’t built for marketing teams but you should take a look at Brightpod.

    A few of the things we’re doing differently is a way for agencies to filter projects by clients, involve clients in discussions (without them having to login), an editorial calendar and an easy Kanban style layout that makes more sense for ongoing campaigns that are spread out over stages.

    I’d suggest to have a look at our Project Management solution for marketing teams – Comindware Project – when seen through the perspective of your requirements highlighted in the article.

    Comindware Project allows task prioritization. To do that you should just go to workload section. Click on a team member to see ALL of their tasks across ALL of their projects and then will be able to adjust the prioritization on a personal basis. Unfortunately, there’s no client/ project prioritization, but prioritization on a personal basis might help – not so quick variant, but any way. As for asset sharing you can create specific discussion room titled like “Useful Assets” and use it as a single hub for all the assets. They will be available across projects.

    Great article. I would share my experience with “Done”, it is a project management software.

    Once the Done Application was applied to our business procedures, we realized that productivity levels among our group of employees were all over the place and that our project managers were deficient in billing the appropriate hours per client project. Within the first month, after the system implementation, we were able to recover more than 10% in billable hours.
